The machine learning as a service platform known as 'Octy' (the "Platform") is operated by OCTY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12553580 whose registered office is at 98 Caldeford Avenue, Solihull, B90 4UD, (“Octy”).
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read and accepted this Acceptable Use Policy and that you will access and use the Platform in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that you access and use the Platform and any content on the Platform at your own discretion and risk. Octy is under no obligation whatsoever to pre-screen, review, edit, monitor, oversee or moderate any content.
Prior to using the Platform, Octy may require you to provide certain information when you create your account. You may edit this information at any time via the Platform. We collect, store, and use some or all of the following categories of personal information about you: Usage information: IP address, location, browser details, operating system details, referral source, duration of visit, page views, website navigation information, and service use details. We use usage information to analyse the use and performance of our website and services. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in delivering our services and monitoring and improving our website and services. Account and profile details: name, address, telephone number, email address, usernames, passwords, employment information, job title, employer. We use this information to provide our services, enable certain parts of our website, to ensure the security of your information, and to inform our communications with you. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the official administration of our website and services. Service information: details about you in either your personal or professional capacity that you disclose to us in the course of us providing our services to you, including data that you provide for the purposes of publishing. Communication information: email address, address, telephone number, communications content, communications metadata, enquiries. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in building our relationship and communicating with you. Subscription details: email address, subscription preferences. We use this information to send you relevant newsletters and marketing information. Our lawful basis for this processing is consent. Access to your account requires your account details and Octy generated API keys. You must use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorised access and use of the Platform through your account (including by keeping your account details and API keys confidential and not sharing them with anyone). You must inform Octy as soon as possible if you suspect there has been any unauthorised access to or use of the Platform. Other than where this is a result of a failure of Octy's to use reasonable security measures, you are responsible for all activity which takes place under your account.

In accessing and using the Platform, you must comply with any Octy instructions and any user guides as are made available by Octy from time to time.
You must also comply with any terms, licences, requirements, procedures, policies or regulations relating to any third party components, networks or services connected to the Platform.
